We are expecting our first little one December 15th! We took two pregnancy tests, and *volah* both positive! We went to the doctors to confirm our thoughts, and all she said was 'nothing more to be done, your pregnant'. So what next? Where can we find this mysterious book on how to be a parent? Sure after years and years of giving birth, someone would have created such a thing?
Well after days of searching, no book! not even a checklist! We decided we have to see the baby and decided on the 12 week ultrasound. IT WAS AMAZING!! The first time we layed eyes on our precious baby and we fell in love! Its an amazing experience, how you can love somebody so much and not yet know them. Our little baby was beating a healthy 163 bpm, and was moving around like a gymnist (which Daniel noted doesnt take after me because im so in-active). After the end bubs decided it had enough and rolled over and showed its bum and spine to us!
Ive been wanting to eat anything sweet like juice and fruit, and have been eating alot of toast with peanut butter! My belly has decided it wants to pop out, but i love it. I have been so exhausted after work, but Daniel has been great and will do the washing and has been taking great care of me, I was even lucky enough to get a massage last night. I love the fact my little one is a part of me and him. I cant wait to find out the gender at the next ultrasound, and decide on a few names :) Baby is now 14 weeks!
